Cooking Instructions For Your Fresh Turkey

The following times are for Unstuffed Turkeys:

10-18 lbs.3 to 3 ˝ hours at 350 degrees
18-22 lbs.3˝ to 4 hours at 350 degrees
22-24 lbs.4 to 4˝ hours at 350 degrees
24-30 lbs.3˝ to 5 hours at 350 degrees

Add 1 hour to cooking time if Turkey is Stuffed.

Internal Temperature in Turkey’s thigh should be 180 degrees.
