The following times are for unstuffed turkeys:

10 - 18 lbs.	3 to 3 ½ hours at 350 degrees
18 - 22 lbs.	3 ½ to 4 hours at 350 degrees
22 - 24 lbs.	4 to 4 ½ hours at 350 degrees
24 - 30 lbs.	3 ½ to 5 hours at 350 degrees

Add 1 hour to cooking time if turkey is stuffed.

The internal temperature in the turkey's thigh should be 180 degrees.
